Soletanche Bachy France, Eurofrance Material Division (SME) and the Montereau laboratory are working closely together to distribute protective masks to medical staff
Since the end of March, the teams of Soletanche Bachy France and of Montereau (laboratory and SME) have been sourcing FFP2 and surgical masks to help healthcare professionals struggling to obtain supplies.

Right at the beginning of lockdown, the laboratory team took the decision to donate 80% of its FFP2 mask stocks to GP surgeries in the Seine et Marne Sud department, whose stocks were completely exhausted.
A few days later, and having estimated remaining stocks and the level of demand that would be generated by resumption of work at Soletanche Bachy France and Montereau (SME), a further batch of around 1,500 FFP2 masks was donated to the Montereau Hospital.
A further 1,500 masks were shipped to the same healthcare facility last week.
The teams are currently working with the management team at SOS EHPAD – Fondation Recherche Alzheimer – to donate more FFP2 and surgical masks to those EHPAD care homes for dependent seniors in Marseille, Lyon, Toulon, Evry-Courcouronnes y Le Coudray-Montceaux that need them.
A total of just over 9,500 masks have been donated so far.
